A lot of people have asked about the 'unique' design of the van. I will add a section detailing it's transformation from an ambulance to a food van soon. But I do want to highlight the talents of Caroline Swanne aka Miss Swanne, the illustrator who came up with the design and colour scheme for the van's transformation.
On Sunday 6th Oct, we were excited to trade at the inaugural StreetdotFood at Westfield Stratford. We hope this becomes a regular event and we look forward to returning soon.

Asian Sloppy Joe's made it's début on the menu this past weekend to a great reception. Slow cooked pork with a blend of Asian spices and gooey sauces on a toasted soft bun.
We were very excited to be out in West London a couple of weeks ago in support of Cultivate London, a wonderful organisation that supports a greener London.
Katsu's in Kingston this past weekend with Thames Markets. We were located right in the heart of the Memorial Square.
And our return to Brentford Market last week was highly anticipated. We love this market as it makes our Sundays a lot brighter.
It's been quite a busy month and we happy to have found a home on Fridays and Saturdays on Rupert Street in Soho.
Last Sunday, Yu Kyu made its début at Brentford Market. We had heard lots about this wonderful community farmers market in West London. If you've not been, we highly recommend it. We look forward to being back there soon.
In August, we were happy to support the Peanut Ward of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by taking Yu Kyu out for an evening of outdoor cinema at Cinestock.
Cycling took over the streets for London Ride 2013 and we were up bright and early serving up food to all the spectators in Kingston.
